The Rural Health Redesign Center (RHRC) was established in 2020 to tackle critical challenges in rural healthcare. One of its key initiatives, the Rural Emergency Hospital Technical Assistance Center (REH-TAC), provides federally funded support to help critical access hospitals and small PPS hospitals assess their eligibility for, and potentially convert to, the new Rural Emergency Hospital (REH) designation. JSR collaborated with a dedicated production team to film on-site at multiple converted Rural Emergency Hospitals, capturing testimonials and stories from frontline staff. We then deployed these videos across targeted paid media campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook. This holistic approach, blending authentic storytelling with strategic digital marketing, delivered immediate, measurable results that significantly elevated the REH-TAC visibility and enhanced RHRC’s reputation as a trusted voice in rural healthcare.
