Purpose

The Rural Health Redesign Center (RHRC) supports small and rural healthcare organizations nationwide, offering data-driven technical assistance for programs. However, effectively conveying their comprehensive services and success stories proved challenging. RHRC needed a cohesive marketing and digital strategy—one that encompassed social media, website optimization, and compelling design assets—to showcase its far-reaching impact and drive greater engagement with hospitals, public health offices, and legislative stakeholders.

Goal

JSR’s Marketing & Digital Services were deployed to bolster RHRC’s visibility and storytelling capabilities across multiple channels. Specifically, we aimed to:

  1. Enhance Brand Awareness: Position RHRC as the go-to resource for rural health technical assistance.
  2. Streamline Digital Platforms: Update and maintain the RHRC website with SEO analysis, plugin updates, and content enhancements.
  3. Amplify Program Messaging: Produce engaging visuals, social media content, and press releases for critical initiatives.
  4. Improve Audience Engagement: Increase social media reach, newsletter sign-ups, and stakeholder responses through strategic campaigns.
